Fluroploymer Manaufacturing

In a service which is unique in New Zeland, we are able to extrude thin wall tubing in the fluoropolymers FEP and PFA on our two custom extruders in Auckland.

Film Conversion Centre

Mulford Plastics Singapore has now have thier own FIlm Conversion Centre located at Fuyong County, Shenzhen. The centre consists of Worshop, Warehouse, Training Rooms and and Semi Clean Room. The advtages for Mulford Plastics is to increase our productivity to allow faster deliveries to our customers. This centre will have the capacity to convert 2MT and over per day

Laser Cutting

The arrival of a new Sei laser cutting machine from Italy at Mulford Plastics Dandenong opens a whole range of new possibilities for Mulfords customers. Sheet cut to size has been a staple offering in plastic sheet distribution for many years. But this new equipment, with its capabilities to import CAD files and convert sheet into complicated shapes, with curves and holes, with absolute precision takes the business to another level.

Machining Facilities

With 2 fully equipped machining workshops in Auckland and Christchurch, Mulford Engineering Plastics has the capability to design and produce plastic parts to reduce wear, reduce noise and reduce friction in industrial applications

Polyurethane Manufacturing

Located in Auckland, our polyurethane custom manufacturing division has the capability to manufacture PU parts in a range of materials in hardness from 45 Shore A to 70 Shore D.
