In a service which is unique in the country, we are able to extrude thin wall tubing in the fluoropolymers FEP and PFA on our two custom extruders in Auckland.
Diameters from 1mm to 25mm ID are possible, in a wide range of colours and any lengths.
These products have unique benefits in thermal stability and light transmission and are used in the manufacture of solid core lighting as well as a range of industrial and automotive applications.
Additionally, we offer Compression Moulding of PTFE & PTFE filled grades, (Glass, Carbon, Bronze) for tube from 50mm to 250mm and small custom made parts such as bearings.
