MULFORD PLASTICS are pleased to announce the following staff appointments

STEVE BAKER will commence as the new General Manager for Mulford Engineering Plastics on Monday 8 July 2008.
Steve has most recently been State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania for Mulford Plastics, and has a successful background with Cadillac Plastics and GE Polymershapes.

Steve will have a revitalised team reporting to him as the Mulford Engineering Plastics team will change as follows:

NOEL OELOFSEN has been appointed Auckland Operations Manager, with full responsibility for manufacturing and warehouse activities in Auckland.  This change is effective immediately.  Warehouse staff in Auckland will report directly to Noel until a decision is made regarding a replacement for Mike Barron who leaves us today.

BARRY PETT will be Christchurch Operations Manager with the same scope of responsibility for Christchurch covering manufacturing and warehouse.

These changes will drive continued focus on executing for our customers as one organisation, with a single team delivering on the customers’ requirements from the order stage to final delivery.

The Sales Team nationally, including Terry Nielsen as PU Technical Manager will report directly to Steve Baker effective from his arrival date on 8 July. 

BRENDAN DRYDEN will take on the new role of Product and Marketing Manager for Engineering Plastics, continuing to support the New Zealand Sales team with technical advice and liaison with suppliers.  Brendan will also now support our drive to establish Engineering Plastics in Australia, and will continue to develop Export markets for our products.

STEVE FOLEY joins us on 16 June to fill the long vacant External Sales position in Auckland.  Steve is relocating from South Africa where he was most recently Pinetown Branch Manager for Maizey Plastics.

Welcome also to JOEL ADATO who recently joined us as extrusion setter for the Polymer products division in Auckland.
