ABS Sheet - Due to it's cost effectiveness and easily formability and durability it is widely used on internal components for Caravans, Buses, Trucks components.
 
ASA Sheet has excellent weatherability, good impact and is easily vacum formable which makes it a good choice for external components such as Caravan end caps, boat consoles etc.

Acrylic Sheet as it has better impact and greater design freedom then glass it is ideal for glazing, headlight protectors, splash backs in caravans, boat windscreens plus more.

Aloctex when trying to lose weight without losing the look of aluminium finish, Aloctoex can be colour match and comes in large sheets and can be fabricated like standard aluminium to make complete side of a bus, airducting systems etc.

Kydex is benefical when your application requires flame Retardancy, impact resistance, chemcial resistance and deep draws due to it unform tolerances.  Used extensively today in aersopace and rail but also great option for buses.

Polycarbonate is used when clarity and impact is required as it is 200 times stonger then glass, great for glazing, headlight protectors, ferrries etc.

Speacialty Materials - Mulford Plastics also has access to wide range of specialty sheets for demanding applications that give you low expansion and extraction, greater stiffness, excellent weatherability.  There are many materials today that out perform existing materials for these applications.
