Ralloy Polypropylene (PP) is a homopolymer polyolefin thermoplastic. Polyolefins are partially crystaline thermoplastics whch exhibit very high chemical resistance because of thier non polar nature.
Polypropylene has a very low specific density of .91g/cm and is one of the lighter plastics. It's ridgidity, hardness and strength plus the ability to be easily welded make it ideal for use in corrosion resistant applications such as tanks and fitting in the chemical industry, structural tanks, acid tanks, plating modules, lab equipment, chemical pipes, filter plates and battery cases.
Ralloy HDPE is a High Density Polyethyeylene is a lightweight, extremely tough material that is is suited to many mechanical , chemcial and electrical applications such as tanks, hoppers, silo and chute liners principally becuase of its outstanding friction and wear capabilities.
Ralloy PVC (Polyvinylchloride) is the oldest and proably most widely used of all plastics. A ridgid plastics, it is ually grey or white in colour. PVC has a very high resistance to many chemicals including concentrated acids, alkalis and alchols. Its excellent mechanical strength and ease of machining also makes PVC an exceptionally useful plastic for pipr fittings, fume cupboards, ducting and components where chemiclas are used in industry.
